Color & Appearance

Actual filament color may vary slightly from the product images due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and differences between production batches. Minor variations in shade, gloss, or finish may occur and do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

Storage Instructions

For best printing results, store filament in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the filament sealed when not in use. For moisture-sensitive materials, drying the filament before printing may help restore optimal printing performance.

Printing Performance

Printing results can vary depending on the 3D printer, nozzle, slicer settings, printing speed, temperature, cooling, build surface, and environmental conditions. We recommend using the suggested printing parameters provided for each filament type as a starting point and fine-tuning them according to your printer.

Product Handling & Shipping

FulsPool products are packed carefully before dispatch. Once a package has been handed over to the courier/logistics partner, transportation is under the responsibility of the courier partner. In the event of loss, misplacement, theft, or damage during transit, the courier partner’s applicable terms and claim procedures will apply.

Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage or tampering as soon as possible.

Shipping, Partial Payment & Prepaid Payment Policy

1. Shipping & Courier Responsibility

All orders are shipped through third-party courier/logistics partners. Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, the shipment is under the courier partner’s custody and transportation responsibility.

In the event of loss, misplacement, theft, or damage of the shipment during transit, the courier/logistics partner shall be responsible for the same, subject to the courier partner’s applicable terms, conditions, and claim procedures.

The Company will provide reasonable assistance to the customer in raising a claim with the courier partner; however, the Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage occurring while the shipment is in transit with the courier partner.

2. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, payment is made in full before dispatch.

Once the order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier partner, any loss, misplacement, theft, or damage occurring during transit shall be the responsibility of the courier/logistics partner, subject to their applicable policies and claim procedures.

The Company shall assist the customer in coordinating with the courier partner where reasonably possible.

3. Partial Payment Orders

For orders where a partial payment/advance has been made, the remaining amount shall be payable as agreed at the time of order confirmation.

After the shipment is handed over to the courier partner, any loss, misplacement, theft, or damage occurring during transit shall be the responsibility of the courier/logistics partner and not the Company, subject to the courier partner’s applicable terms and claim procedures.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged, opened, tampered with, or incomplete, the customer should immediately notify the delivery personnel and contact the Company with photographs/videos of the package and shipment details.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any loss, theft, misplacement, delay, or physical damage to goods occurring after the goods have been handed over to the courier/logistics partner, except to the extent required under applicable law.

The Company’s responsibility is limited to properly packing and handing over the ordered goods to the courier/logistics partner for transportation.

6. Courier Claims

Where applicable, the Company may assist in initiating a claim with the courier/logistics partner. Any refund, compensation, reimbursement, or settlement relating to transit loss or damage shall be subject to the courier/logistics partner’s investigation, claim process, and applicable terms.
